Mission
New Heights provides Spanish & English (ESL) classes to manufacturers to assist workers with their language needs. These classes:
- Promote workplace productivity & safety
- Enhance workplace rapport & employees’ sense of community inclusion
- Focus on high-frequency vocabulary to promote faster fluency
- Empower employees to build-up their basic vocabulary before later serving as a springboard for more industry-specific contexts
The Teacher
New Heights' owner & instructor (Ms. Megan Graham) is an experienced and highly qualified teacher. She has her Master of Education degree from UGA with an emphasis on teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and World Languages. She assists your workers by:
- Using proven language
acquisition methods
- Reflecting back on her own experiences learning Spanish and French while cheering them on; she's been in their shoes!
- Bridging cultural gaps in understanding
